I specialize in fostering an inviting and enduringly safe place to be, no matter what's happened to you.

Working through difficult past experiences is a DELICATE thing. You may know exactly what happened to cause the reactions you're noticing. For others, one of the ways you have survived is to block it from your present. The emotions or reactions you are having because of such events are normal. In supporting your healing, I will introduce various evidence-based approaches such as: EMDR, somatic and mindfulness therapy techniques and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) techniques.

As we work through your past and present, and help you explore how you would like to move on, you may find it necessary to take breaks from therapy. That is OK. Healing takes time, and I am here to support you.​​
