How do I meet with you?Telehealth sessions are held via Simple Practice, a HIPAA compliant platform for medical and healthcare professionals. Clients receive an email or text reminder containing a link to join their session on their home device, tablet or smartphone.

What are your session fees?$195 for a 50-minute Individual Psychotherapy Session $195 for a 50-minute Couples Psychotherapy Session In December 2020, the “No Surprise Act (NSA)” was signed into law and took affect January 1, 2022. It is primarily intended to protect patients/clients from unexpected out-of-network bills for healthcare. This requires us as healthcare providers to provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” for psychological services before we start treatment.

Will you have in-person sessions available?Should there be a great enough demand in my local area, I will explore options to hold in-person appointments. At this time, however, all client sessions are conducted online.

Do you take insurance?Currently, I am not paneled with insurance. You will receive a monthly superbill that can be submitted to your insurance provider for a potential reimbursement. I do accept Lyra and Spring Health employee benefits for individual and couples counseling. Please check your employee benefits package to determine your eligibility.
